Terms Of ServiceBy commissioning me you (the client) agree to my terms fully.

3. Commercial Use

General- I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
- I have the right to deny a commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
- Commissions are not done by a "first come first serve" basis, smaller commissions may be worked on in between bigger commissions that take me more time.
- Payment is made upfront via Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, Kofi, or VGen.
- Payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation for the commission. Holds are available upon request, and last a week from the time the commission was discussed.
- I have the right to reupload any commission to a social media (Twitter/X, Instagram, Bluesky, ETC.) unless specified beforehand that the commission is to be kept private.
- I WILL work with deadlines for an additional fee. However, I will NOT work with hard deadlines for commissions over 4+ characters.
- The client may request a status update on their commission once a week, I will not tolerate harassment over commission status and the client may have their commission canceled due to this rule.
- For NSFW commissions, please credit my NSFW twitter (@sunnysideslop) or my furaffinity (@bearsyjpg). All other commissions MUST be credited to one of my accounts.

Turn Around Time and Refund Policy- Once payment is given, there will be no refunds after 24 hours of the commission being agreed upon unless discussed with the artist. It's on my discretion to give refunds with or without explanation and I will not tolerate harassment due to this.
- If the commission is cancelled for any reason, the client may keep whatever work has been given to them but will not receive the full files.
- If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. adjusting colors), up to a maximum of two (2) times after correspondence. Any desired major revisions (ex. reposing, color scheme change, etc.) will be rejected.
- The only major revisions permitted are details that the Artist may have missed and was specified by the Client in the order form / correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching / lineart stage (ex. missing tattoo that's essential to the character's design).
- The turn around time for any given commission is anywhere from 2 weeks to over 2 months. I cannot guarantee a delivery date however that being said I will update whenever possible. If you would prefer a soft deadline, please let me know during initial conversation about the commission.

Commercial Use- Commercial use MUST be discussed beforehand on commissions. Credit to the artist must be given when uploaded anywhere else regardless if commercial rights are bought.- It is 100% of the commission to buy the rights for full commercial use. Commercial use involves printing for the sake of selling merchandise, using the commission on marketing spaces, anything where you (the client) are making money.
